What have you learned that you wish you shouldn't have learned?

That having chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension, every night I go to bed could be my final night, that we often die in our sleep. This is why I am on a potent anti anxiety med, so I am able to go to sleep and not wake up having a massive panic attack.
