@Raaii yes they do honey. Sometimes I have to take a break. I try to keep positive and not allow negativity to come in. One thing we can do is choose to let it bother us or not. Sometimes it feels like we're not in control but we are. I try to ignore those things which upset me and it has worked. I hope it will for you too.
