I learned that lesson too.

It hurt more because you don’t hate the person but you have to give them up and let them go.

@CookieCrumbs Yes, it was hard, but I had to walk away from the relationship. We parted softly, though, and I’m still good friends with his sister.

That is, verbatim, what the issue was with my last relationship.

I loved that woman, and still do, but I just couldn't live the way she needed me to.

@Eternity It's so hard, but sometimes we have to let go. Relationships run their course, and not all are meant to last. I've truly loved three men in my life, and I still love them. I always will. They have an imprint on my heart.

@DearAmbellina2113 It's a hard lesson to learn, but there is value in it. Breathe and let go is all we can do sometimes.
