I'm really scared for my next lesson my instructor was very impatient with me I have very bad anxiety and he wasn't helping

Then find another instructor pronto.
Your current instructor may be doing this on purpose so you take longer to get your licence, meaning more lessons, more money for him.
With your new instructor tell him of your previous experience and how you felt.
