At what age did you stop growing?

I've not grown even an inch since 11-12

I was 5.2ft then n the same now!

but I've never stopped growing in all other aspects for example age

Physically, I stopped at 18. Emotionally and psychologically, I would hope that I continue to grow. I could use some improvement in those areas. 🫤

I think physically 18, but mentally and spiritually 29.. I don't know how to get the feeling of personal growth back.

I had precocious puberty at 9 so hit my full height at about 12.
So I was about 5'7".
