Are you still hanging on to that grudge or are you growing emotionally?

I dont bother with grudges any more.. Experience has taught me that its wasteful.. Plus, in the the words of "The art of war" if you sit beside a river long enough, the bodies of your enemies will float by. Metaphorically of course. But at the end of the day I was still standing and they were gone, including a Vice Chancellor sacked for Plagiarism.. People who cheat need to be careful to make friends who will cover their @$$e$.. Ask any good Republican..😷

There’s only two people who I hold grudges on.. people who are in tolerate of other peoples cultures .. and the Dutch !

{sw-question] sadly i do hold on to grudges maybe i am pathetic and need too move on . the reason i hold on too these may sound petty but they go back decades too when i was at school and i first started work . these wound run deep for me the way i was treated and the shit i got . they have scarred me mentally over these years by this and i feel now more so i could hold my own now against them and not be a coward and stand up to them

i hold grudges especially when there is betrayal involved.

My only grudge is for the people I love, I don’t like anyone crying over their dreams being broken or down or wasted, sometimes their patience fades and they suddenly start hating on the one person who saw their destiny, it’s not in their hands, we all have negative feelings that makes us do wrong choices but to me all is good.
