do you ever compare yourself to other guys

and think or worry you don't look as good as them? i do often, i get told by my mum and dad not too, but i keep comparing myself to especially younger guys in their 20s and 30s...and think i don't look as good as them, they look better and are better dressed etc....and i feel inferior.

i am now in my mid 40s.

I do that all the time. You need to find what you like most about yourself and focus on that.
