Our modern society has adapted in part to the propaganda of personality depicted through the lives of celebrities and the vicarious living that is presented to us every day on our television screens, and in the media outlets that are now a form of alternative entertainment from the TV 📺.
It is based on fake ideas, fake news (another term for propaganda) and the lies we tell ourselves in order to detach ourselves from our collective reality. Life can be so much more, but the alternatives are often spoken of as some kind of “opium for the people “.
Life really is mundane and we each need to stare that reality in the face, and then find individual ways of changing that reality for our leisure/in our leisure!
