I At Least Want To Make One Of My Dreams Reality

I guess I have changed my dream, to something completely different and a different format that I cannot call it a dream.
I used to have things I wanted to do for my own pleasure and satisfaction but I realised this wouldn't work. I expecially see that people at the management level, whether in the scale of a company or a country, control so much how things work even in bad and wrong ways. Instead of trying to ignore the world to enjoy myself it's more pragmatic and proactive to get into the management tier and lessen the chance of being poorly managed.
