I'm so old I remember when carnivals still featured freak shows.

EDIT: I remember my parents got a "baby bonus" from the gov't of $8 per month for me in the 1950s !!

I'm so old that I can remember wearing woolen swimming trunks which sagged as soon as they hit the water. Awkward even for a 4yo. 🫣
