It's not that bad..
What I always say is that, you never know how bad the situation is until you stop and look back.
Cause we always think "It's not that bad, it's not that bad, it's not that serious, it's fine"
And with that in mind we keep going, keep pushing and digging. Thinking "Oh, this isn't that far from where I was yesterday". But only when we stop, and take a look back, we see just how far we have come, just how bad it really is, and why it's so important to let go.
And this can be related to so many situations, like abusive relationships, drugs, work, addiction of any kind, being bullied...
