I Got Cussed Out For Breakfast

not for breakfast but this is the only one I could find to out this in. I got cussed at by a customer today for no reason and I held my professionalism and took it like a pro, then calmly walked away saying "sorry ma'm". I do not understand why people have to blow up like that over stupid stuff.

I work for guest services at Target and I get a lot of crap sometimes from customers if they can't get their way...peope are such lames sometimes
