I Got Cussed Out For Breakfast

not for breakfast but this is the only one I could find to out this in. I got cussed at by a customer today for no reason and I held my professionalism and took it like a pro, then calmly walked away saying "sorry ma'm". I do not understand why people have to blow up like that over stupid stuff.

Hun some people are hurting others got out of the wrong side of the bed as they say . But they should never take their anger out on someone they don't even know. It's rude and just not right . My boss would of talked to them trying to find out if there was a problem . And what was needed to fix it. If that didn't satisfy them, and they persisted in cussing he would of politely showed them the door and told them not to let it hit them in the you know what as they left. But that's my boss he looks after his employees

well I could of called one of my bosses over and they would of done the same. but I did not feel the need to, I just left her alone and helped when she asked me directly for help.

That's good Hun sometimes it best just to ignore their attitude and help them the best you can

I work for guest services at Target and I get a lot of crap sometimes from customers if they can't get their way...peope are such lames sometimes
