I Want To Share A Happy Story

My sister's friend came over today with her baby daughter. She's a really nice person, but she's been through more than most people. She's a single mother from a very poor family, and living with her parents and two younger brothers.
But her kid is her whole world.
This little girl, bit over two years old, wandered into my room today. It was really funny seeing her struggle to decide if she was more scared or curious. She'd reach out with one hand towards me and make a baby sound, then immediately pull it back the moment I'd move or make a sound.
Then she's just stand there an look at me with those pretty eyes and a look that said "me and my big mouth".
She then heard her mom and my sister back in the hall way, and she'd look at me, then at the hallway, then back at me, and back at the hallway again.
Her mom then came into the room and she ran to hide behind her.
