I Am Drowning And Have No Strength Left To Fight For Myself

I feel lost all the time. I don't know what to do or where to go. I have no goals, no dreams of the future. I'm just looking for something to distract me from thinking about dying. Everywhere I look, I see another person disappointed in me.
