Does anyone else have this feeling?

I have had a disappointing day.

I felt a pressure in my chest that it isn't there but there.
It doesn't hurt but felt like someone holding my heart and slowly putting some pressure on it.

Do you suffer from panic attacks? If not you should go get it checked out by a doctor if it's not a panic attack.

I felt calm while it's going on.

@ToLivePeacefully I suffer from panic attacks, but when it feels like my chest is hurting I still feel calm. Like a "it's finally over" type of feeling.

You should see your doctor about it either way.
