No one cares

There is only one thing I'm happy about right now, and that's the possibility that I might just have a new job. I'm excited about that.

But it has dawned on me that no one actually cares. Have you ever just felt that vibe?

Congratulations on your new job! I hope it's better than the last and you find it enjoyable. Sorry about how you're feeling about no one seeming to sincerely care...but I think the person who matters most does: you and that's what truly matters.

@AnonymouslyYours unfortunately I didn’t get the job. Maybe it just wasn’t meant to be, even though I had all the qualifications and got song extremely well with the recruiter and manager...and maybe the fact that no one else cared cursed my chances, however, that is highly unlikely. Regardless, the job has the nerve to get back with me and let me know there were concerns about “computer literacy.” 🤦‍♀️ I am tech support for my current job, and I have years of experience with Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, etc., and have worked from home for 4 years! Plus I have 20+ years of customer service, which is a plus. So I don’t know what more they expect from me.
