I Feel Alone and Lost

After a night nightmare of a night, no sense of recovery. The depression is still with me and it seems no one is concerned nor willing to help.

Yeah...that's how I know it's depression.

I am diagnosed with depression though. The counselor on my campus told me that I do have symptoms of that, social anxiety, possible general anxiety and a few others. @MarkPaul
The chain of events of last night though just ruined me. It was a night to regret

@MattJunio Chain of events? You mean there were a series of things that went from bad to worse?
