Has anyone climbed any of the 7 summits?

Like Mount Denali, Everest, Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, Puncak Jaya or any in either version? If you have what was the whole experience like?

That's big time mountaineering. Kilimanjaro is definitely the easiest and doable if you're not susceptible to altitude sickness. A few bucks for travel and guides though. I'd LOVE to get that high at some point though.

I did Everest naked with no oxygen to celebrate my 54th birthday. Man! I sure regretted chain smoking Camel non filters since I was eight during that run!

@HeyITHAPPENS I plan to do it again, except on my hands for my 70th birthday I've been walking on my hands naked up Mount McKinley for practice.

@puck61 the only thing that can stop you is yourself! Cartwheels up and descending backwards on K2 after that?

Everyone I know wants me to get going on this one as soon as possible!

BTW...have you ever read the book "Into Thin Air" by Jon Krakauer?
If you're in to high-elevation mountaineering, or just dig adventure stories, it's a MUST READ. It'll blow your mind.
