If everyone and everything you ever cared about were to disappear forever, would you still want to live?

You cannot replace any of it. Not your family, not your friends, not anything. You now live in a world where all that currently brings you happiness is now gone forever. Is such a life still worth living?

I would have to constantly tell myself "when a door closes, another one will open". Like friends come and go, when one chapter ends, a new one begins... But at the same time it's not a good thing to let your happiness depend on other people. It solely depends on yourself, and that's the main thing to focus on, always. Whoever is or isn't in your life. And we all need time to get over losses, and to some that takes longer than to others.
