Being ghosted is about being in a relationship with someone who dissapears.
If you chat with someone for a few weeks and then do not chat anymore that is not ghosting.
If you are in a relationship(romantically) and they suddenly up and fall off the earth...you have been ghosted.
Usually people in relationships end them rather than running off like cowards. Therefore blowing this behavior off is probably not as easy as it is made out to be
