yep been ghosted happens a lot online. idk its like you cant take online serious and you cant get attached to people online because it seems connections with people are just an illusion.

Being ghosted is about being in a relationship with someone who dissapears.

If you chat with someone for a few weeks and then do not chat anymore that is not ghosting.


If you are in a relationship(romantically) and they suddenly up and fall off the earth...you have been ghosted.

Usually people in relationships end them rather than running off like cowards. Therefore blowing this behavior off is probably not as easy as it is made out to be
