Are you as tired as I am of deleduded old farts rambling on about the supposed 'GOLDEN TIME' that they grew up in?

Even though its a bunch of crap that there ever was a 'magical golden time' I mean give me a goddamn break. These days we got Trump but 74 years ago we had Death Camps and one half of the western world trying to kill the other half, which I hate to mention was a pretty regular trend up until recently. And after that it was a staring contest with Russia while we got our assess handed to us by a bunch of Vietnamese farmers. Yee Haw!! Oh the good old times eh? Back when it was illegal to be homosexual and blacks were second class citizens.

you focus only on the horror of the past. Aside from the horrors...life in many ways was golden. Sorry that's all you can think of...the terrible things from the past...you were not there so you can't ever know. One day...you'll be an old fart saying similar things

@Fernie: Golden?! GOLDEN?! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! It was only 'Golden' because you didn't know the terrible crap that was happening. There are good times in bad and bad times in good but things are WAY better now than they were just like in your day things were WAY better than they were before then. But you gotta accept, things are getting better. Its just these days you gotta accept the fact you're gonna hear about the pedos and the sickos and all that which in the past you didn't hear as much about. It was all covered up! And people just didn't talk about it! swept under the rug! I mean you had entire generations who never taught to deal with their pain, taught to ignore it and what did they do? Took out on their kids, on the people around them whose kids grew up to do the same thing and finally! FINALLY!! We get a generation which is taught to express themselves, taught to deal with the pain rather than ignoring it and all they get is"Oh back in my day!! BLAH BLAH BLAH!!". Hahahahaha!
