I must speak my own personal comment. When I adopted my new-born I wanted to know what it felt like. I placed her at my breast AND it was O.M.G. I felt my lower extremities contract and it was the most sensual feeling I ever felt. Thus, this guilt that came with it had me stop. I still recall the feeling and I remember this WOW factor. So as I never gave birth I suspect I never had milk flow to my mammary glands. Tho it was for even a short while, the most sensual/sexual experience EVER!

@Collegegirl23: She was a girl, so it wasn't a male breast-feeding. Also I carried no milk in my glands. It was the method of suckling that brought this feeling. The lower lip using more pressure.

I adopted. Never gave birth. So there was never milk that came from my Breasts. When I was younger, I would squeeze my nipples to see a few drops come out. But other than make-out sessions in my teen years at the Drive in... No. Nothing came out.
