Literally being pushed out of a store by a too aggressive employee...
I was looking to upgrade my phone and went into the store to look at some choices. The first thing I didn't like is the employee greeted me into the store and wanted to know how he could help me. I didn't know what to say since I wasn't looking for help and he persisted and followed me over to the display where the phones were and started to tell me about some options.
I didn't know what to do because I wasn't prepared for this kind of intrusive help. He then told me what was on sale and asked me what I was looking to do? I felt pretty violated at this point because I never asked him for any help. I started looking around hoping another customer would come in to take away his attention, but no luck. He then said, "Oh, a guy of few words" and smiled. It seemed sarcastic to me. I finally said, "I'm just looking." He said, "Sure, sure," just like that. That became unsettling and I just left.
Store employees shouldn't be so aggressive.
