God told me you place too much importance on that cotton intertwined with cotton. There’s so much more to your life than that.

Edit I didnt mention what i saw because the question didn’t ask but since everyone else answered

I also saw black but what I saw was black however it was luminescent. It reminded me of what it looks like when people deep dive in the ocean

The “luminescence” looked like this but no where near as bright. It was just faint enough that you could “see it” but I couldn’t see I didn’t have eyes or a body. I was floating in this “luminescence”

That’s why they call it an “experience” you’re experiencing it. Like when I said that I “heard” God. I didn’t hear him with my ears. It was like I understood. The information came to me telepathically.

Also I know it was God because when God speaks to you something in you just knows. Not to mention his voice was omnipresent and echoing. Which I know doesn’t make sense because it was a telepathic message. But that’s the thing. These things don’t make sense to us because all we know is what we have personally experienced. We are always trying to personify God and understand things because it gives us a sense of control. But the reality is there are things that we don’t and will never understand until we die.
