People who have died briefly, what did you hear, see, and feel?

I’ve been “dead” several times 3, at least, brain stroke, coma, heart attack, and brain surgery twice. I didn’t remember hearing anything any at the times though I heard a beeping that woke me up for two of them (probably the heart monitor!, I saw nothing though one of them I was actively hallucinating from the brain tumor & “saw” god? I was in a lot of pain for all of them.
I did see god at age 19ish. Was it the tumor? Idk but a voice told me to, “quick write this down!” It was a 30 page manifesto the Oath of human citizenship.
Was that God? My subconscious or the tumor? At the time I was sober
