People who have died briefly, what did you hear, see, and feel?

I don't want to go too much into it. Not sure how close I was to death, but in a crisis where I was being very reckless with myself and my health, I had a guardian angel forcefully stop me and tell me to stop doing what I was doing. It also gave me encouragement. Put me on a better path. If I had kept doing what I was, there is a good chance I wouldn't have woken up one day, and so that is why the warning was so strong. I just didn't care about myself and needed a wakeup call.
