A series of interaction experiences...
My manager told me the audit went fine and there were 0.0 errors with my reports. They're just internal reports, but still...
I did have a run-in with the auditor who kept asking me obvious questions about my spreadsheets and felt I was being condescending while she was being condescending to me. But it all turned out okay and I feel like just coasting through the rest of the day. One less thing to worry about.
Meanwhile, a woman with heavy make-up at the gym who was facing me and working her lats across from me caught me looking at her breasts even though I wasn't being obvious about it. First she stared at me with a look of disgust. And then she said, in a low voice as she finished and walked away, "It's rude to stare."
I wasn't staring, exactly. Maybe I was a little, but if I was it wasn't obvious and it wasn't for a sustained amount of time. I mean I needed to look somewhere. She was wearing a tight training bra type of outfit, so it was understandable that they were just sticking out. I didn't mind what she was wearing, but I didn't appreciate her comment and didn't like her talking to me like that. If I ever see here again, I will just totally ignore her. Women like that don't deserve any attention.
I drove to work today to avoid the bus drama. I'm still thinking about moving closer to work so I can just walk.
