Based off of what you know about me , What mental illness do you think I have?

I know y’all ain’t doctors, but you can still tell me. I asked my boyfriend this because he used to be a a nurse at a mental health hospital (by the way that’s not where we met. I was NOT a patient at his hospital 🤣🤣) and he picked bipolar 😩 because apparently I start fights with him randomly 🙄 Honestly, I think he’s just stereotyping me. Clearly he doesn’t know much about bipolar because then he would know that it’s not true at all because honestly, I just have a lot on my mind and I just think about things and then it just bothers me so maybe that’s not bipolar. Maybe I just have PTSD 🤷🏿‍♀

I'm very sorry but I love your avatar it made me laugh so hard. Like it makes me wonder about the story, he was on break and a shoot out happened, he just continued to eat his burger or what lmao. What a savage 🫠

@TurtlePink
guys it’s AI
I suspected it was, and even did a Google Lens search.

@TurtlePink My real age is mid 30s and I play around with ai a lot but genuinely thought it was real for a moment and got my hopes up lol. But it was still funny, had a stressful day at work and it gave me a laugh
@SatanBurger I know 😅😅

I'm going say your mental health issues is Melancholia, Neurasthenia and Mania. Go look these up and tell me if I'm not right

You've definitely got some anxiety. Probably coupled with depression, which can create the illusion of bipolar, but I don't think you have true bipolar.
@LordShadowfire
Thank you for your answer. And why do you think I don’t have bipolar?

Give me some insight so that I can share it with him because he thinks I have it 🙄
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@TurtlePink I think that anxiety coupled with depression can cause symptoms similar to bipolar. One day you're up, but you're not happy so much as frantic. That's the difference. With true bipolar, your high energy days have you acting really happy.

Naturally, I could be wrong. This could be what's going on with you.
@LordShadowfire I mean, maybe I just have stuff going on in my life that’s why I don’t really like labels.

Be wary of jumping to absolutes/labels this is probably one of his reasonings it can make both of you defensive.

"you have a lot on your mind" can be the same as having mental illness causing the problem.
You may not be sure or see it as its this reason but there are factors causing them in mental illness if you see symptoms which is good you're reaching out to others if they have noticed. Always good to be observant.

explain to him how it makes you feel when he explains his reasoning you can identify what "triggers" or moods cause those outcomes.

If you have a diagnosis support can be rewarding with what supports are low cost, its about improving quality of life try their club house programs they'll lower pricing to maybe a few dollars per outing.

It sounds like you might be having a hard time accepting the idea of having symptoms mental illness with the last things you said but it doesnt mean you have them

"Being stressed/upset can look like symptoms of something bigger, but I’ll look for patterns and duration before deciding"

Free apps/resources: PTSD Coach, Moodfit, CBT workbooks, journaling apps

This is just a rough idea not anything too thought about

@TurtlePink outty/innie?
@Degbeme yes but his only came out because he works out and lifts things. Apparently it doesn’t hurt nor bother him. But I still think he should get it checked.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
@TurtlePink Yes, especially if it was an innie.

Nothing. You are just a human being.
And the reason why I start fights with him randomly is because I like it whenever he gets mad and we start to arguing and then he fuks me hard.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@TurtlePink I'm sure that's part of it. But what if there's also an element of it being less scary when he gets mad if it's because of something you did? That way, you can control when it happens, yes?
@LordShadowfire wait, what?
