I was victimized, abused, and ignored by a virtual agent...
I got contacted by an insurance company that I had initially contacted for a quote telling me I could save money on my car insurance. The agent asked me some basic and not usual questions nor anything personally identifiable and told me she would connect me to a "licensed agent." She then came back on, asked me the same questions, and then told me, again, she was transferring me to a "licensed agent." This went on for about 4 or 5 times, and I asked her if she was a real person. She said she was a virtual agent. I got into an argument with her about why she wasn't listening to me and she apologized but continued to be stuck in her loop. I finally hung up.
I felt victimized, abused, and ignored. I won't consider that insurance company. Admittedly, I have enough trouble interacting with real people through no fault of my own. Apparently, I don't even have the skills to interact with virtual agents. It's not fair.
