Try new things, even if they scare you. As long as they're generally safe
My most extreme case was getting a job in Scotland despite never being outside of Norway before.
I didn't know anyone there, what to expect, or even where to live before moving on my own.
I only lasted 3 months, but the fact I actually went through with the move itself, and pushing through my initial fears and anxiety has made me more brave in general.
Whenever I gotta go somewhere unfamiliar, even in my own area, I think to myself "hell, I moved to Scotland. Ofcourse I can do this"

@TheRealBarbossa thanks for sharing, glad it worked out for you, you believed in yourself and jumped and the world made the steps appear for your feet to land on, there is a magic in the that ' ask and the universe answers' bit i havent experienced in a while and i dont know how it works but ive wasted alot of thought trying to predict or capture it, it works but im not supposed to know how or why

@Rudboy41 I'm terrified of the unknown, but taking that leap of faith made me re-evaluate my whole life.
I'm not daying you should do something as crazy as I did, but pushing yourself out of your comfort zone will make your world so much more interresting.
Noone knows what the future homds, but taking safe risks will help you adapt to whatever may come.
