But I was really hoping he was gonna propose to me today. I don’t know what got into me to assume that he would. But it’s ok I guess. At least we had a great Christmas! That’s all that matters…….i guess 😥😥

You 2 need to have a conversation. You need to decide if you are content with how things are, if maybe they don't progress any further, or if you want something more, and if he isn't willing to give it you may need to think about moving on without him. Whatever you do. Do not just settle! And do not rush into anything either.

@AngelUnforgiven youre right. But I don’t even know how to get on that subject without it being awkward. How can I just say “ why won’t you marry me?” without the awkwardness? Maybe I’m just not thinking outside the box but I need some help. Because I’m not getting any younger and like what are we doing? He brought me all the way up here to spend Christmas with his family for two weeks.. his parents obviously adore me, and I adore them and my mom adores him. So I don’t know what he’s waiting on. I would like to know, but again the awkwardness of asking 😭😭

@TurtlePink if that's the person that you love look past the awkwardness how can you want to spend the rest of your life with someone that you can't even talk to? There will be harder conversations than this. Everything that you just said. Say it to HIM. You need to start putting yourself first. Obviously you aren't happy with the way that things are. Just tell him exactly how you feel.

@AngelUnforgiven I just don’t like the idea of having to ask him to propose to me because a proposal is supposed to be random and special. I feel like a loser having to do that 😥
