Sometimes it's not easy to talk to close family or friends, or even your partner, about all things. It can be liberating to talk to a complete stranger, because you don't have to worry about hurting their feelings with what you might say. It can be a good opportunity to vent about stuff you wouldn't talk about with people you know / who know you.
