I still don’t understand why ice is only after the Mexican immigrants

When LA has many other immigrants too like there’s a big Asian community there’s a big African community and ice isn’t going after them?

Is it because of the cartel and all that stuff and all the drugs? If that’s the case, they should only go after the ones who are smuggling drugs. Not the innocent ones.
