PANIC ATTACK SW WENT DOWN

Chicken little was running around my house. The neighbors Turkeys from 2 doors down got loose and ran to my yard. I think they were here to sooth me they are people acclimated.
I shut the browser down and took a dump.
That was it. The same old 💩 different SW time.
All is well in 🤡 town.

I came to Canada last October and celebrated Thanksgiving with a Canadian friend of mine on her parent's tobacco farm. When you mentioned your neighbor's Turkeys, it reminded me of that insanely fun time we had on their farm chasing turkeys!

@SandWitch These two are like the stray cat everyone in the neighborhood takes care of. They're not supposed to be off their property but they escape now and then. They are basically pets.

@Gibbon
The turkeys my girlfriend has on her parent's farm are specifically raised each year for Thanksgiving, where they raise 6 in total each year.

What? No turkey for dinner after all that?
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@WillaKissing Not these Turkeys. Don't see them much but about 3 years ago they would take a stroll through everyone's yards right past my entrance which is at the back of the house. If I was sitting on the steps they would pause close to me yacking in their language then head on to the neighbors property. They are very colorful. When separated they seem to have separation anxiety and you'll see one running as fast as he can all over the place looking for his buddy.

@Gibbon Hmm, sounds like me and my luck with women. They speak their own language and walk off without me knowing what they said! LOL

With creatures like that I totally understand the neighborhood acceptance and pleasure with them.
