Yes, men often misunderstand women. They have done lots of studies on this. If a woman touches a man, they think she wants sex, if she smiles many have been so infatuated they fall in love instantly. So just realize your power. Some women use their power wrong, but many don't realize their power over men. We have to be smart. That does not mean we should not be kind, but don't talk first to a man you meet. They often misunderstand the intention. And if you have intention towards a man, let him lead. If you don't then he is probably married or have a girlfriend. A married man will rarely talk to women in a flirty way in public unless he is a jerk. But if you go up to a man and talk to a man in a public place if he is married most men will sadly lie and say they are not married and will take the opportunity to flirt and pretend they are single.
