ViciDraco They do that with a lot of houses. I've never liked it either. I just think about having teens and it being easy for them to sneak out. And plus how easy it is for guest to accidently go into your bedroom. You'd never actually have privacy. But I think most people reserve that bedroom for guests.
I do like that there's carpet/hardwood/tile throughout the house. Some places need it. Thats how I build my houses on The Sims. Tile must go in areas where water is at so bathrooms and in the kitchen. Carpet in living areas and bedrooms. And then wood in walking areas. One thing I absolutely hate about this house and is a big no no to me is carpet on stairs. That should be hardwood. I get why it might be there, because its safer and could comfort you if you fall or something but if its in heavy traffic area its gonna get dirty alot. You're always gonna be cleaning it.
The turf balcony, I liked the idea because it could be used for the dogs if it was raining, and they needed to go.
That master bedroom with no bathroom door is indeed odd.
