Did you grow up in a strict household?

I grew up in a strict and religious household. My parents really had no choice but to be strict though, because of where we lived.

Yes but not religious wise. A toxic mother not showing love, affection and undermining/ verbally abusing me and my late sis... Do I blame her for my sis's death? Honestly, no... various other factors have been in play.
