I'll go. Is your Mum hot?
novaguy2u · 70-79, M
@Matt85 I would go too, but could she keep up?
IndigoSavage · 22-25, F
@Matt85 no she got carried away with a plastic surgery addiction and she looks like a shop window dummy

Why not?
It makes better overall results than running on the long term + it is the gentlest (yet effective) way to make your bum look better, and better ;P

I am totally against cosmetic surgery unless it is something unavoidable (e.g. medical urgency) and because I believe firmly that every person has their beauty, even if not everyone sees it that way... and fixing yourself up too much may change you in a way that someone who'd fall for something imperfect but incredibly cute about you, might just walk by (because your new face doesn't have it anymore) but I have to admit: your mom is sociable, active, trying her best to be always at her best... that is admirable :) She just wants to feel warm and loved. You can help her feel more confident and you may find another, braver and shinier side of her, you never know :)

+ Working out outside , with someone, feels better than indoors.
+ It's a blessing - your mom is still around, very active, and still wants to spend lots of time doing things with you; enjoy every moment, even if your characters differ. Having time to talk to each other is something special, especially when doing something good for your health. I see more wins than losses.

Lazy?
Here is my how-to:
1. This is the hardest step, do it rapidly and swiftly: Get up on 3..2..1... GO!
2. Stay up for 1..2..3
3. Take a deep breath and stretch out as much as you can.
4. There you go! You resisted the urge to sit for 3 seconds + the little stretch told your brain to prepare for movement = you are ready to walk and shine baby ;)

Don't forget to actually have fun and smile :)

If you are afraid of being bored, Bring music with you as motivation!
I've seen people share earbuds and walk next to each other or if you prefer you can put some (not too obtrusive) music on a small speaker and bring some cool vibes to speed-walking! Enjoy! :D

Roll the dice and give it a go.
She'll be thrilled to find something you can do together.
Plus it'll give you fitness buzz; make you feel happy to be exercising without the nonsense of gym pricing doing the same; good cardiovascular work out;....

tell her you want to instead go "Out of Power" walking
novaguy2u · 70-79, M
It would tone your calves nicely.
Yeah.. you should try speedrunning with her instead
