Americans: do you have what it takes to go to sleep without the use of a pillow?

Americans are a very self indulgent country because there are too many Starbucks and outlets to facilitate selfish instincts.

So i challange Americans to see if they can sleep without a pillow for the rest of this month.

Then for Febuary the early part try dopimine detox.

You make is out to be bad people. America and her people can't be such a bad place if we are literally being invaded by illegals trying to come get their piece of our freedom and opportunity pie.

@EsculationOfEpiphaniesAndCosmi 🙄

Another one of them. To the victors go the spoils!

In the meantime suck our collective dicks🍆

I'm coming with or without your help

Do it legally and you are welcome to be here.
i didnt work all my life to sleep without a pillow. LOL
Heartlander · 80-89, M
I remember our dog would always sleep on his favorite blanket, but would first shuffle around it to make it to his liking. If anyone had left clothes on the floor, he'd pick it up and include it with his blanket to make his bed even better.

muh neckkkkkk

MUH NECK!

ignoring the weird pillow challenge, but self indulgence has nothing to do with nationality, however American culture is very consumeristic compared to other countries in the East especially that practice sustainability
kodiac · 22-25, M
The best part is most Americans don't give a rodents rectum what you think. Oh i must be one of the 1% because i own a pillow. What country are you from ?
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@kodiac probably lays his head on a rock or something.
kodiac · 22-25, M
@cherokeepatti It just gets old so many people rag on Americans but no other country.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@kodiac They probably watch Hollywood movies and TV shows and believe all Americans are that way. Not a lot of critical thinking in their thoughts.
Paladin · 56-60, M
You've figured us out. Starbucks is the root of all evil.😄
But no, I won't give up my pillows. There is no reason to.
@Paladin just till the end of January?
Paladin · 56-60, M
@EsculationOfEpiphaniesAndCosmi No can do. Can't go against dr.s orders.
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
What do pillows have to do with starbucks? Wouldn't a better challenge be to not buy starbucks?
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@caPnAhab I would never buy anything from there
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@MasterLee same. I've never actually been to starbucks
SW-User
As a non American I don’t regard the presence of Starbucks as an indication of self indulgence. It’s just very mediocre coffee disguised with lots of sweet flavours.

What’s it got to do with pillows? Pillows aren’t self indulgent either, any more than bedding or clothes or sofas or….
Heartlander · 80-89, M
@SW-User Coffee and tea are the social lubricants for much of the world. Probably more so than alcohol.

Without a pillow, I'd probably sleep on my hands. And maybe even take off and roll up my shirt or pants for a tiny bit more upper elevation.
MasterLee · 56-60, M
Yes but why if it is unnecessary
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
What kind of device are you using to post this question? A cell phone, computer, Ipad or what? Seems like you could afford a pillow if you can get online and post stuff.
@cherokeepatti i am using a mobile fone
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@EsculationOfEpiphaniesAndCosmi You can afford a pillow if you have a phone. It’s your choice.
🤣...So, is Canada 'superior' in your mind then?

I have been sleeping without a pillow for about a week....I won't divulge my reasons.
@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON well done, keep it up
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
I'm sure an Elite would agree with you
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@FreestyleArt yeah next thing…let’s take their pillows away…
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
@cherokeepatti to Mike Pillow???? NOOooooooooo
AlchemyFox · 36-40, F
Go tell the millions of homeless Americans this too.
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
I sleep on a floor there ain't no pillow
@Jackaloftheazuresand good for you
Dacrowman · 70-79, M
I live in dopamine detox. Already don’t use a pillow haven’t in three years.
CestManan · 46-50, F
Sounds like the intro to an action movie.
SW-User
@CestManan Or a reality survival program. “We challenged six Starbucks customers to sleep without a pillow every night for a week. Can they make it? Who will crack first?”
CestManan · 46-50, F
@SW-User Probably younger millenials and GenZ
SW-User
What’s wrong with pillows?
@SW-User they foster self indulgence
SW-User
@EsculationOfEpiphaniesAndCosmi So is self indulgence necessarily bad? Does that include any form of comfort e.g. bedding or chair with cushions?
I've spent random nights in jail here & there so yeah for sure
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
I think most people use a pillow; not only Americans.
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
Hell no -- three for my head and one to hug
Nebula · 41-45, F
I doubt it
@Nebula im not surprised
Nebula · 41-45, F
@EsculationOfEpiphaniesAndCosmi I've been through my fair share of uncomfortable shit
@Nebula example please
ViciDraco · 36-40, M
I've been going without the use of a leg for a few years now. I think I'll keep the pillow.
