You notice how SOME little boys do look like little girls

Why is that? 🤣🤣 liks, my son even has the long eye lashes to prove it and no I’m not saying having long eye lashes is a female thing but it does make a boy look girly 🤷🏿‍♀️Totally my son since he was born. Plus his long curly hair after he gets a bath really makes me question if he’s really been a little boy or girl this whole time 😅😅

That's possibly the best proof that gender (or maybe even sex) isn't (strictly) binary.

@NerdyPotato all of it is just confusing 🤣
@TurtlePink it's only confusing if you're hung up on your child being either 100% a boy or 100% a girl. If you accept that your child may be either, both, anything in between, or even somewhere different on that scale at different times, it becomes easy: your child is your child.

@NerdyPotato I remember I wrote this post about a month ago. Telling that my son does girly things and I’m ok with it.

But just the whole gender and sex is confusing and knowing when one should be used instead of the other when referring to somebody.
@TurtlePink you can simply refer to him as he until/unless he asks for something different and then respect that.

@NerdyPotato lol no. I’m saying sex and gender confuses me because I never know which one to use. Like in general.
@TurtlePink ah! Well, in medical situations it's important to mention both. Otherwise the gender will usually suffice.
