Some days I feel like I have made a tremendous amount of social skills progress from 3 years ago. Other times, I feel as lost as ever.

I can relate and I can assure you that you are not alone.

Sometimes I am social, but then I retrieve deep inside myself. A lot of people don't understand that about me. Maybe it has something to do with feeling vulnerable in a pretty harsh world...especially as of late.
