Lol no it’s a natural emotion. It doesn’t make you weak to feel. People are often encouraged not to express/feel certain emotions like anger or sadness, but it’s a normal human reaction and is what makes us human. How you react and express those emotions I think is more what determines certain things like strong or weak.
@karysma You shouldn’t dwell on it but I think it’s okay for you to feel and process sadness or anger when you’re upset. I think it’s more healthy than suppressing it and a more practical way of living. But I also understand what you’re saying about dwelling on it and not entertaining it. I don’t think it should take over but I think it’s okay to process it and deal with it in healthy ways.
