When you were a kid, did you have trouble with not being able to leave the animals alone?

yeah I have always enjoyed being around animals and tend to not leave them alone when I was a kid

Lived on a farm and were told to stop playing with the kittens, puppies etc so much or we would “wool them to death”….I used to tease the family dog, he was half-chihuahua and half-terrier. He had a quick temper and I would pull his whiskers and he would snarl and snap at me and start chasing me. Wasn’t long till I had to do was make eye contact with him and a pinchy gesture with my fingers and the chase was on.

Yes. When I was small, I loved playing with the newborn kittens and puppies on my grandfather's farm. Eventually, I took one of the pups home!

Same! Pets are irresistible, especially when I ignoring them means you have to deal with people instead.
