I don’t want to touch gym equipment. When I was still working there, There were athletes at the university getting MERSA infections in their hands and they said it was getting spread on the gym equipment they were using. I saw a non-athlete coed who had it on the end of her index finger….touching things without gloves, yikes.

@InHeaven The coordinator bought Lysol spray and the girls were watching her like a hawk in the lounge, they sprayed everything she touched after she left….light switches, wooden table top (messed with the finish) etc. They were scared of catching it.

I don’t go to a gym, but I have all my equipment at home, and work out 5-days a week. Now, maybe 6 or 7 that it’s summer, and I’ve added walking to my routine. Exercise really makes a difference.

The gym is great for mental health, but please be careful. I got addicted to chasing that high and became obsessed with the gym. I , unfortunately, don't enjoy it as much anymore.
