What sickens you about life? What sickens you about the internet?

I avoid most people in life because people are awful and cruel and use others ...I see it all the time...so I find socializing unbearable ...

Online is a safer way for me to do this .
But even on here it has its limitations...as I find with people online can be just as awful if not more so ....it's really hard for me to truly open up to anyone...people can't be trusted ....offline and online....just my experience

How much time people spend picking each other apart and tearing each other down.

That meaningful connections are so difficult to achieve. Even offline, good connections (lovers or friends) are rare.

That the internet is really not much different from reality, horrible nasty people everywhere.

The thing about life that sickens me is that the modern human brain developed long before we had things like academia, or philosophy, or science, or record-keeping. It prioritized survival before rationality, and developed a multitude of cognitive biases as a shortcut for decision-making. People often lack awareness of these biases and proceed to do great harms to each other and to the environment all for the sake of their own well-being.

The internet is ruined because of this, because now we have the technology to broadcast these biases and spread destructive ideas and sentiments to people all over the world. Without understanding the ways we can deceive ourselves or be deceived, we fail to see the differences between propaganda and reality, between conspiracies and knowledge, between speculation and information, or between what's fact and what's fiction.

People just go wherever their survival instincts lead them, and that's often to arms against each other.

People who use people. Mean people.

All the filth and deceit on it, but it can be used for good, as well. Just depends on how you use it.

I can say things that I'd never say to people in real life

and meet people from around the world.

and people have to listen to my corny jokes.

Evil that is present in this very present world and seems to conjugate online and yes I truly get sick physically from seeing it and have to distant myself from it.

Mean nasty people - in Life and on the internet

Hate and negativity

Feeding the senseless souls of mindless
Inhabitants not knowing they are the ones
Consuming the seeds of doubt
Finding the source of stimulation unnurtured
Realization of fools who will always against their
Will just end their lives

Values are all wrong to me nowadays.
Be careful who you talk to online

Life: Darn near everything.

Internet: No pancakes!

In both, the hate and armchair know-it-alls.

Lies and pedos
