Sad world we are creating

The world is full of hate
Choose a side and pick your enemy
No compassion, no empathy, and no striving to understand another
It's just pick a side and then blindly hate the other side

And it's so out of proportion to the reality of what's being protested
Based on fear, politics, and a need to be "right" at all times

This society we are creating
This us against them mentality
No dialogue, no compromising, no thinking just reacting...
Will in the end,I fear, be our great downfall
