Lucky for me my bones still had a little bit of spring in them.. My older brother broke his ankle.. 🤭

I loved green peas. I loved butter!

Each afternoon after school, pre Microwave, I used to put peas in a saucepan and enough butter to completely cover them when it melted.

When about 10 I was on the playground running backwards looking at a girl I was in love with and as soon as I turned around to run forward I ran headfirst into a telephone pole with a little metal utility box on it and fucked my forehead up pretty bad.

It rarely rained where I grew up. When it did, my friends and I would sneak out of the house at night and go for walks in the rain. We’re lucky nothing ever happened to us! I still go for walks in the rain.

My older brother and I would put sugar in water and see who could drink the most glasses. Dumb but I liked the sugar water.
