In life, we all go through trials and hard times.

Not really. For many pain lasts forever. People just accept it and learn to live with it. But many folks also survive the bad phases also. Lot of times it depends on what opportunities life give you to get over the difficult phases. Many never get that oppertunity.

This is so true, although it’s a difficult concept to hold onto during bad times.

This too shall pass is one of the best lines. It's only when we are in mess we grow... looking back it might see as a blessing in disguise.
